3 Month Lease Terms:  From $750/mo.  We do work with apartments that offer 3 month lease terms on efficiency, and 1-3 bedroom units.  There is commonly an upcharge to the standard rent amount.  It is either a percentage (such as 15% of the rent), or a flat monthly fee (such as $150/mo).

  Month to Month Corporate Suites:  From: $1500/mo : These offer the most in convenience, comfort, and flexibility.  You will be provided with utilities that are already set-up for you with generous usage cap limits.  This includes phone service, cable and electric.  Furnishings are also provided.. from your couch and bed to your vacuum and lightbulbs.  Everything you need to make yourself home.  All you have to bring is your clothes and personal items.  Prices for these units vary, but you will not have to pay a hotel tax.  Another benefit to corporate housing is that  you will have more space, separate rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bath, and various amenities such as tennis courts, spas, swimming pools, covered parking, fitness centers and access gates.
