CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

1) You must lease any property from our property list for typically 6 months or longer, but sometimes lease terms as short as 3 months will qualify.  Some properties not listed may also qualify, so please contact us.
2) You must inform us of your lease within 30 days of leasing your new apartment.

If you do not meet these conditions, we may be unable to pay a Rent Reward.
