Requirements:
Ability
to
assist

experience

1-2+
years.

professionals.
Familiar
with
Austin.
Self-starter.

Locators:
* Generous pay structure

$40,000 to $80,000+
Potential to earn in excess
of $10,000 per month commissions

Preferable Skills:
* Ability to
help a large number of customers at the same
time
* Professional phone & email communication skills
* Personal communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Familiar with Austin and preferably the apartment & real estate
market
* Willing to work with a team as well as self-motivated
* Knowledge of computers, internet, email, and programs
used on Microsoft Windows
* Real estate experience is a plus including apartment locators,
apartment leasing agents & managers,
real estate sales agents, or other customer service/sales experience
* Willing to adapt in a constantly growing & changing environment.
A Texas
Real Estate License may be required. One may be
obtained fairly quickly and easily at a reasonable
cost.
